Hi, many thanks for dropping by my site. My name is Russell O’Halloran and I’m a certified Wood Floor Nut!!  I’ve been specialising in Wood Flooring for over 20 years.  I’m such a nut that for years our family holidays were a weeks focused training in America followed by a week with the family. . .sometimes I wasn’t Mr. Popularity!

Thankfully, I’ve completed all the training courses run by the NWFA, who are the World Centre of Excellence in Wood Flooring.  Proudly I’m the only person in Ireland to have done so, my Certifications are below. I put that training to use every day, it really helps me advise clients of what is achievable and what is not. Before I had good and bad carpentry habits but I didn’t know which were the good ones and which were the bad ones . . . now I do!!

For me, I’m inspired daily by the natural beauty of wood.  No two trees are the same and therefore no two pieces of flooring are the same. Everyone’s flooring is different and unique to them.  It can never be equaled or copied.  Of all the choices we make in life, a Wood Floor is the most natural product that we can have in our homes.  It brings the outside inside and gives us a lifestyle choice that is unsurpassed.

Over the years I’ve built up 8 teams of amazing craftsmen.  I’m so appreciative that they share the same love of Wood Flooring that I do.  Together we have over 120 years of experience and have completed over 12,000 floors to date.  Our track-record is second to none. “What separates us is our experience and knowledge.

Our day-to-day is wood floor sanding, wood floor installation and Parquet but we love Custom Design such as Versailles Panel, Basket Weave, Board Bending, Custom Stains, etc.  We have even put Brass and Leather in a floor!”
