Size of area to be sanded – We quote per m2. which includes as standard, sanding and 3 coats of varnish.  You can estimate the cost  by measuring the length and width of the room and multiplying the two together; this will give you the square meterage.

The cost can also depend on the type of floor finish you choose: varnish, white wash or stain.
